The 6Storage team finds it so important to go to local and national shows. They are similar in many aspects, but in others, such different experiences. We find ourselves meeting a wide array of storage owners and vendors at both types of trade shows.
State shows are great because they tend to be smaller than the national shows, and the team really gets to know people during their time at the trade show. National Shows are great because they are bigger, so the team has the opportunity of connecting with more people. It is also an opportunity to learn about new trends in the self storage industry and connect with potential new partners. The team loves connecting with the community at either type of show. Arkansas Self Storage State Convention & Expo
The 6Storage team had a GREAT time at the Arkansas Self Storage Association State Convention & Expo! The team attended the panel discussions on Operations and Technology and were able to hear insights, tips, and tricks from local insurance vendors, a representative from one of our gate access integration partners, Noke, storageauctions.com, and many others. It was also great to meet with their vendor partners Trachte and Trac Rite over dinner.
The 6Storage team did a facility tour while at the convention. They visited 3 storage facilities in the Rogers and Bentonville area. It was interesting to see how each facility was set up, designed, and run. The final stop on the facility tour provided lunch for everyone from a local BBQ restaurant.
After the facility tour they headed back to the trade show where Jessika led a panel discussion on Operations in 2023. After the panel discussion they hung out at our booth and talked to storage owners who were interested in our 6Storage software, website, and gate access services. They ended the evening with a delicious dinner at Local Lime with a couple of their favorite vendors at Trachte and Trac Rite.
We are excited to give away free 6Storage software for a year to a lucky attendee that visited our booth at the tradeshow. We’re also excited to connect with all the other storage owners that we met and get them set up with demos of the software.
SSA 2023 Fall Conference and Trade Show
Our team had an amazing time connecting with the self storage community in Las Vegas at the SSA Fall 2023 Conference and Trade Show!
They attended a number of panels, speaker events, and roundtables during the three days they were there. They learned about the state of the self storage real estate market, attended a third-party management Q&A session, and learned about technology, marketing and more in the roundtables.
Our favorite part about these shows is connecting with storage owners and our vendor partners. It was great to have a constant flow of storage owners and vendors at our booth!
