AAA Metra is a mini RV storage facility offering quality indoor and outdoor units. The facility is open 24/7 and the units are available in an affordable price. The Challenge
The current software was obsolete and not supportive anymore. So we wanted to make a transition. Our main concerns: process credit card online and to present our service online (online reservation)

Steve’s Experience With 6Storage
I spend more time with the software and it’s not easy to use as my old software. The software navigation is not very intuitive and the reports are not helpful as my old software. However, 6Storage team has been adding a robust reporting package. We have automated payment collection. We want a calculated fee for credit card processing upon card payment and to integrate our “tenant insurance disclosures” form into 6Storage software. And we want the 6Storage team to continue developing the program to be user friendly. I’m happy that 6Storage adds new features frequently.
